We were pleasantly surprised with our clean and quiet double room which had a large bed in its own enclosed area and an extra sofa bed included as a bonus upgrade.

We really enjoyed our time at the Pegasa Pils Spa Hotel in Jurmala. Our unit was brand-new and quiet, with a balcony and a spacious bed in a curtained alcove, along with a sofa bed. the bathroom was much nicer than expected. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel next to the Dzintari Beach was excellent.

A building which is nice from the outside but doesn't quite deliver from the inside.
Not by any standard worthy of four stars

Combination of different high level services (managing staff, SPA facilities, comfort of the rooms, excellent location near the beach, Jurmala main pedestrian street and concert hall, excellent restorant with live music, sometimes also during the breakfast) for reasonable prises , probably is the best in Jurmala. Especially I would like to thank hotel manager Ludmila for excellent organisation of the work !
Inn double room beds must be double, but not twin

The location of this place is fantastic, just a short 4-6 minutes' walk from Dzintari Concert Hall, which is set in a beautiful area.

Close to the beach, large room. Nice place
The hotelroom was not so clean. The staff didnt speak english very well, and I find it a bit hard to make them understand what i meant. (except one young man. He was very helpful) We had half board, but it seemed that the staff in the restaurant were not so used to that, and we had a hard time explaining.

The old building was nice.
The air conditioning was out of order when the temperature outside was at least +30C. To sleep in a room in the third floor was impossible, which made the whole stay almost intolerable. We claimed about the terrible heat but the staff could not do much. The explanantion was that the system was not working due hot weather. Oh my! It is on hot weather when you need an air conditioning, isn't it?

We had an amazing time at the hotel! the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. the restaurant was top-notch, with some of the tastiest food we've ever had. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and with parking available. We also enjoyed exploring the town and witnessing a breathtaking sunset on the beach. I treated myself to a fantastic massage before dinner. The hotel's two buildings were in great condition, showcasing stunning art deco design. Cons: Nothing 🚫.

The hotel is a magnificent example of jugenstil architecture housed in two separate buildings. Full bar and breakfast facilities and a good restaurant with pleasant service. Located near the 'shopping' street and the beach. Very pleased that we diverted to Jurmala from Riga. Parking available in the hotel's grounds.
A lift would be useful for the third floor. Reception was straight-faced - perhaps this is the Latvian thing?
